Family Worker Training & Development Program

Family Worker Training is a non-for-profit social services training organisation that was formed in 1984, with the specific intention of training people to work with families. Now, the company has expanded significantly and offers valuable training to anyone working with people – in order to confront any kind of situation that may require social services knowledge.

Although social progress and forward thinking are at FWT's core, their previous identity was not reflecting their progressive nature. It was difficult to establish who they were as an organisation by reading any of their material – both in a sense of what they offered, and what they stood for. The new identity positions FWT as a pioneer in this sector. The graphic system is symbolic of the chain reaction that FWT initiates by training workers who go into the community to create further change.
